Dive Programme Booking Notes
When making your selection please take into account your plans for training this year. It is your responsibility to ensure you are suitably qualified and equipped to attend your desired dives, Dive Managers will not let you dive if you are not. Please talk to the Diving Officer if you unsure about finishing your training in time or if you want advice about what dives you are able to book on anticipating future qualifications.
Please fill in the booking form putting dives in order of preference. If a dive is over subscribed we will give higher priority to those divers indicating their first, second, third choice etc. Remaining names will be placed on the reserve list in the order they are drawn. Couples or small groups can submit joint applications but these should be on a separate form to individual applications.
Completed forms must be returned to Neil Barker by 12th January 2010. Place allocations will be issued at the The Crown, Sandon at the February Open Forum
I would also like to take this opportunity to draw your attention to the Safety First message we generally emphasise early in the year, either as a lecture or in the form of a group Email and Open forum topic. April and May are traditionally bad months in the accident statistics and this emphasis is intended to make sure we are all ready for the new season.
