Dive Leader
Dive Leader training is best approached as a succession of Skill Development Courses (SDCs). The three SDCs, Oxygen Administration, Practical Rescue Management and Dive Planning and Management cover all the Dive Leader theory. Contact the Training Officer for details.
Advanced Diver
The Advanced Diver course is taught either through in-branch training or through BSAC Regional events depending on the availability of Advanced Instructors. The next Advanced Diver Theory Day is in January 2010; contact the Diving Officer for details. Alternative arrangements for this course can be made on an individual basis with the Training Officer.
Skill Development Courses
The club can run a number of SDC in house, planned courses are listed in the Skill Development Section
